That's the rough tally so far as investigators try to determine the causes and consequences of last week's Belle Fourche pipeline spill.

It would be nice to say the most recent True Companies disaster comes as a surprise, but it doesn't. True Companies has a terrible track record when it comes to pipeline operations (for details see http://bit.ly/2hurzyD).

Hopefully federal and state regulators will keep a closer eye on True Companies pipelines to make sure North Dakotans never need to watch this happen to our waterways again.
