MASON CITY, Iowa — The Iowa Division of Labor Services said it plans to issue three citations to a construction company for a wind farm accident Oct. 9 that killed an Oklahoma man.
Dick Hamilton, 46, of Tishmingo was injured when a fork lift ran over him at the Barton Windmill Project. Hamilton later died of his injuries.
Wanzek Construction of Fargo, N.D., failed to ensure that its employees had completed training, Iowa safety officials said.
